This is an opportunity to work on your individual skills and apply them in small-sided games. there are also opportunities for mental skills + leadership training.GUEST COACHES
All members will have an opportunity to work with guest coaches and hear different voices. guest coaches will specialize in shooting, strength & conditioning, or coach at prep/post-secondary levels.GAMES
Although coaches will be present for all games, the girls will have an opportunity to coach themselves (as a team) for certain parts of the game.This gives the girls an opportunity to think the game, work together, set goals, have a voice, and problem-solve.
